Description
Apart from being a big wildlife preserve, Duraflame National Forest is best known as the probable habitat of Bigfoot, should he exist. One of the major passtimes there is to look for this mythical creature, although there have yet been no confirmed and proved sightings. A major policy that keeps the park going is to keep the existence or nonexistence of Bigfoot not a solid fact, but a carefully preserved hazy possibility, so that tourists will keep coming and wonder if Bigfoot actually exists at all. Therefore no determined attempt to find Bigfoot has ever been made and such an event is not likely to occurr in the future.
