"The Duh-Vinci Code"[3] is the ninety-third episode of Futurama, the fifth of the sixth production season and the seventh broadcast season. It aired 15 July, 2010 on Comedy Central. After Fry and the Professor discover a sketch by Leonardo da Vinci, the crew races to Rome to discover his big secret.
The Story
The Planet Express crew races to future Rome to unearth the shocking secret of Leonardo da Vinci.[2] His the Vitruvian Man, which also appeared in "The Da Vinci Code"[3], and his "Last Supper" painting[4] will appear.
In the promotional video released on Comedy Central's official site, we can see the Professor telling Fry about the great minds that have inspired him all his life. It seems that Leonardo da Vinci is his personal role model. Farnsworth shows Fry his most precious possessions, among which are an Achilles' heel, some of Leonardo's creations, and his beard. Fry then discovers a drawing of his fabled lost invention that was hidden in the beard. Even the scholars who wrote of this device had no idea what it was for, but the Planet Express crew is about to find out.
